As soon as you enter this home you can see the ocean from the wall of windows. 15 Dune Lane is an oceanfront 5 bedroom, 7 bath home that offers a stunning design, magnificent views, and is picture-perfect in every way! Luxury features with direct ocean views from just about every room. Relax on the spacious screened in porch. Deck access can be found from most bedrooms and living spaces. A beautiful pool and spa area lead you to your private beach access. There are two driveways and a car port under the house that offers you plenty of parking. There is also a ping pong table down there for your family’s entertainment.

First bedroom is on the left of the entrance featuring a full size bed, 40” Vizio wall mounted TV with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a half bath in the first floor hallway and across from that is the laundry room equipped with a front loading Whirlpool Duet Stream washer and dryer. At the end of this hallway is another bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed, desk with chair and an accent chair. There is a large en-suite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a soaking garden tub and gorgeous walk-in shower. From this bedroom you have access to the outside wraparound deck, wall mounted TV, 3 rocking chairs, 4 comfortable chairs, 3 small end tables, a table with 4 chairs and an L-shaped couch. Down this hallway you will find another master bedroom with a king size sleigh bed, 40” wall mounted TV, desk and chair and an accent chair. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, soaking tub and a large walk-in shower with bench. A sliding glass door leads you to another deck that has 2 lounge chairs, 4 rocking chairs and 2 end tables.

Also on the 2nd floor is a bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. This bedroom also has access to a deck that is shared between this room and the king sized bedroom next door. There is a bean bag chair for relaxing with a book or watching TV on the 40” wall mounted TV. There is an en-suite bathroom with two separate single sink vanities and a tub/shower combo.

At the end of the hall on the left is another large bedroom with a walk-in closet, king size bed, 40” wall mounted TV, accent chair and access to the deck that has 2 rocking chairs and a small table. The en-suite bathroom has one sink and a walk-in shower.

Finally at the end of this hallway is a sitting area with beautiful views of the ocean and access to the 2nd floor deck. There is a bar with sink and a bar island with 3 stools. There is an L-shaped couch with accent chair, another desk for you to utilize to catch up on emails or maybe do some work all while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. A nice fireplace with 60” wall mounted Sharp TV.

The backyard has a covered patio with a couch, 2 chairs, end table and coffee table. There is a large table that seats 8 to enjoy those barbecue meals prepared on the Charbroil outdoor grill.
