Nearby bike trails, easy walk to Coligny Plaza, and great amenities -three pools, hot tub, cornhole, ping-pong, chess, exercise room and enjoy activities put on by Spinnaker Resorts! Also access to a larger offsite fitness center (Spinnaker). Enjoy a full kitchen, washer dryer in your unit, three bedrooms and three baths! Also, barbecue grills, elevator access, and free Wi-Fi. These units are serene in a treed nature preserve. Enjoy the convenience of a full scale resort minus the crowds. Families and couples enjoy the amenities of Waterside.
