Wonderful 4 BR home near the beach with a private pool and pet friendly. Huge private pool and nice large deck to sun in all day. Play ping pong or relax by the pool and get a tan. Easy short walk to the beach and close to Coligny shops and restaurants. Open living room to relax and enjoy your favorite movies or ball games. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare the meals for the family. All the bedrooms are on one floor. The house is elevated with a very large outdoor deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite master bath. The three guest rooms share the one full bath and the half bath. The first guest room has a king size bed, the second guest room has a queen and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. Living room has a huge sectional sleeper sofa giving the home a sleeping capacity of 12 people. Your vacation rental includes a credit for beach chairs and bike rentals. Pets are allowed up to 60 pounds, one pet fee is $175 and two pets are $300, maximum of two dogs. You can heat the pool in the spring and fall for $200 per week. Hot tub heat is included for free.

Forest Beach has miles of beautiful white sandy beaches just a short ten minute walk away. You can enjoy the bike paths and go to Coligny Beach Park or the Coligny shops and restaurants. There is the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut, the Big Bamboo restaurant and bar, the Plantation Deli for a great breakfast or the Sage Room for fine dining. The Town of Hilton Head park has a large grass area to picnic or play frisbee and a huge Pirate Ship Playground you can enjoy for free. Please enjoy Pool Bar Jims oceanfront bar at the Sea Crest Resort. There are over 60 shops and restaurants to enjoy in the Forest Beach area. You can easily drive into Sea Pines Resort and go see Harbourtown Lighthouse, Salty Dog Cafe or the Quarterdeck waterfront restaurant.
