Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom home is very stylish, with a coastal cottage vibe throughout. The property features an open living, dining, and kitchen area that is fully equipped with top-of-the-line furnishings to provide all you need for a relaxing summer vacation with the whole family. This house comes with access to a neighborhood pool, tennis courts and playground only a few minutes walk away

The Carolina room has a LED television mounted in the corner, perfect for viewing from the sofa, which is a sleeper sofa and can be accessed from the living area and from the queen bedroom. The twin room and queen room share a bathroom. Soak in the skylight, which can also be accessed from the living area. The primary suite is on one side of the house, with a private bath and easy access to the laundry. The twin room and queen room are on the other side of the house and share a bathroom.

Outside, there is a large deck with a split level and plenty of privacy.

Best location and house !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely perfect. It was so clean, beautiful inside and out. Very easy access to the beach which we rode our bikes to only a 10 minute bike ride. and the dogs had such a great time going for walks on the beautiful bike path to the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever ask for. It was the perfect size for my family and our pups. We will absolutely come back and stay in this exact house next year!!!

Fantastic property

We had a fantastic week-long stay! The entire house is beautifully renovated and located in a family friendly community. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (thank you for providing quality pots and pans!), comfy beds, and the community pool and play area. The only issue we had was with a severely clogged shower drain, but the property management company was very responsive and addressed it immediately. We highly recommend this house!

Excellent place in Sea Pines!

Took the family (two kids 9 and 6) for a summer trip to HH. I've stayed in several places in Hilton Head (including parents condo in Sea Pines) and this was by far the nicest. Everything has been redone in this home, including the bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, etc. A great quiet location in a residential neighborhood that's a short drive or bike ride to most everything. The house was very well stocked with dishwasher pods, clothes washing pods, etc. Community pool is a short bike ride away. Family and I had a great vacation and really enjoyed this home. Thank you!

Sea Pines home

Our stay was AMAZING! We will definetly be back. I was worried about the size of the home thinking it would not be big enough for the 6 of us adults. It was just enough. The lay out of the home allowed everyone to have their own space but come together for meals and evening get togethers. Coming from VA it was nice that it had beach chairs, cooler, and towels for us to use. One less thing to have to pack. The neighborhood had lots to do. We did not get to everything so we will be back. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Great stay

This is a perfectly appointed rental. It truly had everything that we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. It was nearly spotless -- the only issue we had was ants in the bathroom and in the entranceway, but I think that may just come with the territory. The Welcome Basket was especially lovely. Thank you. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the following: There was an increase in tax between when we booked and when we arrived, so Beverly reached out to me tell me that they were going to charge my credit card an additional $25. Fine, no problem. Then, we left a few little toys at the property. The team reached out to me to ask me if I wanted them shipped to me, and I asked them to. The shipping fees were $5 plus I guess $2 for the envelope, which they charged to my credit card as well. While it was my fault that we left those items at the property, it would have been a nice gesture for them to ship the items to us without charging the additional $7, especially considering we paid over $3000 for the week. Was it really necessary for them to go through the trouble of charging my card? I'd say we'd rent this property again, but right now I'm feeling a little nickel and dimed.
