This large and spacious villa features a bright and open floor plan with ocean views from every room. With over 1,000 heated square feet, you will find a large living and dining area, living room, master suite, and second full bath. Wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony, oceanfront pool, and spa are some of the amenities of Windsor place. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath single second floor villa has ample room for four guests with one King bedroom, walk in closet, and a queen-size sofa bed and two FULL bathrooms. There is convenient under building parking, with close elevator access and luggage carts.

Paradise is how some describe Windsor Place. It’s a beautiful oceanfront setting with lovely live oaks, lagoons, and walking paths. Additional amenities include a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, spa, bathrooms and a spacious sun deck. Also enjoy the enclosed gazebo with a common grill. Head to the best beach on Hilton Head island on the private boardwalk that has showers to rinse off for your convenience. The unit has been freshly painted in 2021.

Windsor Place 202 features new tile flooring in the Living Room, Kitchen & Dining Area. There is a large Master Suite with walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The large and open kitchen is fully equipped. Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at Denise’s condo. We spent a good amount of the time on the balcony. The view is very relaxing and the grounds are beautiful. The bed is comfortable as I could not get out of it without sleeping at least 10 hours! The location on the beach is perfect. It was not crowded at all. We would definitely come back!

A Wonderful Experience

We have vacationed at this condo for years. We love everything about it! We can see the ocean from the great room, bedroom and balcony. It's easily walkable to the beach and pool. We love to ride our bikes all around the island, and this condo has bicycle racks available in the parking garage under the units. The kitchen has everything that we need including Keurig coffee maker. We hope to go back next year.

Beautiful condo

Everything about our stay at this Windsor Place condo was perfect. The condo itself was very comfortable and very clean. Throughout the whole process, communication with Denise was excellent. If we had a question, she got back to us very quickly. The check in process was a breeze. The view from the balcony was so relaxing and the location of this condo was so close to the beach and everywhere else we needed to go on Hilton head. We were there at the end of April and the weather was just perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place for future visits to Hilton head.

Great place to stay

We absolutely love Palmetto Dunes so the condo’s location is top notch. The beach was easy to access and not too crowded. There was wildlife all around which I loved and you could bike ride to general store which has everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need - dishes, utensils and they gave you starter supplies. There were a couple issues but property owner took care of them very quickly. HOWEVER - The condo was not too clean. I wore socks and they literally turned black on bottom. The showers are outdated which is fine with me but there is black mold all around the base of shower doors which would flake off into the shower. I didn’t even get into the jacuzzi tub because you could see a white film and I ran my hands over it and they turned completely white. The mattress needed replaced because there is an indention that had me sleeping on slope. The living room furniture wasn’t too comfy either. For the price it was ok. We would probably never stay in this condo again.

A Week In Paradise

We have been several times to Hilton and always choose to stay in Palmetto Dunes. Our condo at Windsor Place had everything we needed and a short walk to the beach and pool. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Communicating with Denise was super easy and very responsive. It was such a relaxing week!!

Bathroom’s are outdated and the water has a marsh smell and odor. View is nice and so are the new living room furniture and dining room furniture. Most importantly the bed very good. 99 percent very clean only problem dirt in the corners.

Great location! Stayed here last year as well and love the location, view of ocean and openness of the condo. It is a 1BR, but has 2 full baths. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable and since we had 4 adults it was a perfect choice for us.

Great location in Palmetto Dunes. Condo has outdated style but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy parking and has large luggage carts for ease of transporting your stuff to/from parking garage. Rented e-bikes and locked them in the parking garage.
