Spanning three levels, this oceanview villa boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors on both the main and lower levels, ensuring unobstructed views of the ocean and pool. The villa is elegantly updated and designer-furnished for an upscale and luxurious stay.

Main Level:

Kitchen: Features rich wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy ample seating for six at the dining table.
Living Area: The inviting space includes comfortable furniture and a 32-inch LCD TV, perfect for unwinding. Step out onto the balcony off the living/dining area to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the ocean views.
Upper Level:

Master Bedrooms: Two spacious master suites each feature a king-size bed, LCD TV, and a private bath. One bath includes a separate tub and shower, while the other has a shower only.

Great location

We chose this condo because of the location. You can walk to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door.Down side to this condo is the sectional couch is uncomfortable because it has springs sticking up. The show heads in the bathrooms upstairs are terrible. Took our showers in the downstairs bathroom.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was beautifully decorated, well appointed, clean and comfortable! I was so pleased with the comfort of the beds. We were a short walk to the beach. The pool was under renovation, but this did not bother me at all.

Love this condo

We have stayed at this property in the past but not this specific unit. We came back to Hilton Head Villas mostly because of the location and villa lay-out. It was just as described and pictured. The only issue we had was a blown fuse and no key to open electrical box but Michael responded quickly and came to handle the situation. This rental company has been wonderful to work with and I would recommend this unit and Premier host. We had a wonderful week with great weather many memories. We will be back!

Family beach week

Great property and location. Overall very good rental. Great view of the courtyard and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Quiet, family-oriented complex. A few suggestions would be to add blackout curtains to all bedrooms, especially in lower level, and add a small nightstand between twin beds (for books, glasses, phone, etc). We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Excellent location, right on the beach. Manicured landscape.We had a great time! House could use a deep cleaning, possibly new carpet in bedrooms, dusting blinds and top of cabinets and under beds. The cover/ comforter on the second king bed was really thin. Furniture was a bit worn and heavy for the space. Otherwise everything was in working condition.( except terrace door did nothing lock from outside with a key and shower head was flimsy in master bath.)

Nice place. A few issues. TV in the main area broke but the owner had someone drop off a replacement the next morning but I had to personally take bad one out and hook up the replacement. Door lock was broken on back door so to lock up the place we needed to lock up and go around the front of the building to get to the beach. The AC vents need a good cleaning. Other than these minor issues we really enjoyed our stay.
