Nuestra casa cuenta con 5 habitaciones, 5. 5 baños, casa ubicada en el lado Inverness de Gated Palmetto Dunes Plantation y cerca de la playa. Hermosos pisos de baldosas en las áreas de estar principal, cocina, comedor y baños con alfombra y madera en las habitaciones. Amplia y amplia cocina abierta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos y se abre a la gran sala con techos abovedados. Proyectado en la cubierta trasera de la sala de estar y se abre al patio arbolado con piscina privada y spa.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso privado a la cubierta; el baño principal cuenta con una bañera de jardín y ducha de azulejos y encimeras de granito. Tres de las habitaciones restantes tienen una cama queen con baño privado, con dos camas dobles en el último dormitorio. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado y TV de pantalla plana.

Relaxing stay

Peggy and Dave were wonderful to deal with. House was very clean extremely well stocked and would highly recommend for large families. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy a great family vacation.

Our stay

The house was perfect for our group. The amount of bedrooms and all each with their own bathrooms worked out fantastic for a group of golfers. Also the location puts you at about mid island so going either direction on the island made easy. We had an issue with the pool and hot tub and Peggy the owner was in constant communication with me until the problem had been resolved. Can’t say enough good things.

Awesome Experience

Family Getaway at HHI

My husband and I planned a week at this beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes with our adult children, grandson, and our dogs. Everything was perfect from the spacious living room to the comfortable bedrooms. It was so nice that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The kitchen is very large and well appointed for cooking. We went out to eat most nights but we had fajitas and burgers on the grill at home as well. The dining room comfortably seated all 11 of us and we also enjoyed eating in the screened porch. The hot tub and heated pool were both amazing; everyone enjoyed that luxury! The walk to the beach was easy and short. The owner has kindly provided plenty of nice beach towels and a nice beach wagon to help carry beach stuff and one little grandson too! Another great perk was the bicycles included in the home rental. Several of us had fun biking on the beautiful trails. We have rented other places at HHI in the past but this one was hands down the BEST one we’ve ever stayed at. I look forward to coming back to Peggy and Dave’s house at Hilton Head in the future!

Wonderful Stay

We were impressed by this property in so many ways. First off, the communication with the owner was amazing. Never had to wait for a response. The house was in a great gated community and it was even more impressive than the pictures. We used every inch of the home. The bikes were a great bonus as we used them every day. All in all, the 8 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Best STR Ever!!

This home was perfect for our family of nine. It is very well furnished and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room and lots to do. The beach is a short walk or cycle and there is even a beach wagon and toys to carry everything easily. The pool and hot tub are shaded and private. The neighborhood is one of the best on the island and very safe. We loved it and will be back!

Family and pet friendly

Our family enjoyed the privacy of baths for each bedroom. We had the pool heated and spent much time there. Walk to beach takes approximately 10 minutes. It’s a beautiful walk. Peggy is very accessible. This was our second year at her house.

Great getaway at Hilton Head

I stayed her with our family of 8. We were close to the beach -5 minute walk. Pool was great. Plenty of sun. Rooms were a perfect fit with everyone having their own bathrooms. Would stay her again.

Home away from home

We found the property to be a perfect fit for our family. There were 12 of us staying in the house as well as friends who came together with us for several dinners. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby, with 3 days of rain but the house allowed for plenty of space for board games, puzzles, and watching the Olympics. The pool was also a great advantage when the rain let up as well as the sunny days that followed. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms and baths well kept, and all the beach chairs and bicycles were a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

The house was great. Beautiful. Very clean. Nice pool, but mostly shaded. DO NOT pay the high price to have the jacuzzi heated! We only got to use it a couple of times even after waiting hours. Jets are not great either. The beach walk was not the easiest if you’re carrying things. The host was easily accessible.

Stunning property

The pictures don’t do justice to this property. Truly beautiful and plenty of space to give privacy for the introverts. Peggy goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We found a few issues that we wanted her to be aware of but didn’t bother us. She had her crew there right away. They didn’t waste anytime making sure everything was corrected. Her properties will be on the top of our list if we visit again.

The VRBO was as advertised with GREAT host communication. Very clean and great location. Bikes were nice plus all the beach stuff we used. Peggy was in constant communication which was a comfort factor. Private pool and Hot tub didn't hurt.

Perfect spot

Great location. Leafy neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Great interior layout with open spaces and plenty of bedrooms, etc. kitchen had everything we needed and then some for family meals. Definitely coming back to this place.

Amazing

We had the best week in this rental. We are regularly renting big beach houses, but never had one that was so well equipped. It has a great layout as the bed rooms are as far away from the living area as they can be, which allowed our little ones to sleep well. The short walk to the beach and location of the house in the very end of St. George with no traffic made it even more enjoyable for the little ones to play safely outside.
