Needs maintenance

Loved the location and proximity to shopping and the beach. (About 1/3 mile walk to the nearest beach access). Accommodations needed some TLC. Several lights/bulbs were either nonfunctional or burned out (twin bedroom, master bath, kitchen). Twin bedroom bathtub had a leak that would drip through ceiling onto the dining table downstairs. Mold/mildew growing (orangish green in color) on an adjacent spot of ceiling near table on main level. Master bath tub had mold/mildew. We had to purchase new batteries for the keyless entry as that quit working a few days into our stay. Property manager was helpful with obtaining pool access codes and directions to tennis courts.
