This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first washer/dryer for your convenience. There is new furniture throughout with smart TVs and Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool or beach just 5 minutes away. We love this condo due to the privacy of the back patio. I love to sit outside so it was amazing. The inside could’ve used some better cleaning. We couldn’t walk around the place with no shoes on without our feet turning black. Still giving this condo 5 stars due to everything else was great.

Convenient, quiet & well maintained

We used this condo for a 6 week snow bird destination. We arrived in mid Feb and left at the end of March. This condo was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 min walk to the shops at Coligny or to the beach. The condo itself, as advertised , was completely remodeled and very clean. Furniture, including beds were very comfortable. The condo had a nice open layout with plenty of light. Private parking space was right in front of the unit which made it easy for unloading and packing. It has a small but nice area in the back for outdoor use. Also has a very nice pool in close proximity. The pool was not available for use at this time of year but the deck was open. There was no grill but the owner allowed grilling on back patio. We brought a propane table top grill which worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc…Everything provided was adequate for an extended stay. The appliances were on the newer side and all worked well. The TV’s all worked fine and they are smart TV’s. There are no local channels (CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX,etc) nor is there cable or dish. We brought a fire stick loaded with all our personal subscription services for streaming. The lack of local channels was inconvenient at times especially if you like sports. Purchased an antenna but it didn’t work. Host was excellent!! Addressed any issues in a timely manner. Very open communication. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing!

Golfing Trip

My son and I had a great fall golfing trip to HHI!!! The condo was perfect and the location was great!!! It is nice to have the main floor with the kitchen/dining/living rooms, with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor... Hope to be back real soon...

Great condo and close to beach!

Super clean and nicely decorated with enough room for 4 adults. Very comfortable couches and chair made it perfect for relaxing after golf and beach. Beds were comfortable and bathroom essentials provided. Kitchen was great except refrigerator had no ice maker. Loved being within walking distance to beach and Coligny. We were able to call for free shuttle service when we didn’t want to walk. Great week and nice condo.

My lifelong friend and I went to celebrate 50 years of friendship and had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected, but I think that's typical in Hilton Head, there's just very little beach access for most of the properties. I want to return and take my family! Thank you for a great experience.

Anniversary get away

What a great time on Hilton Head! My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law totally enjoyed our time away to celebrate anniversaries. We enjoyed Savannah, the whole island of Hilton Head and also Tybee Island. We ate at several of the restaurants recommended and thoroughly enjoyed the public beach area. Highly recommend the condo, the pictures were exactly as we found the condo to be. There was a local kitty that napped in the patio area every afternoon. Thanks again for a great place to rent while on the island!

First VRBO a good one.

I say that in my title because friends who travelled with us stayed at a different residence which had bed bugs. This place was clean and neat, no insect issues, not even a lizard. Well stocked with necessary items; once I read the owners email (my fault not theirs), finding and gaining entrance was as a smooth process. Owners were helpful and cordial, it was a great comfortable stay which made a for cozy Thanksgiving Day in Hilton Head. My applause and thanks to the owners. Thank you very much.
