Great Stay!

Had a slight problem at check-in, but owner quickly resolved it. Great communication! Short walk or bike ride to beach. Pool a few steps from tge door. Very enjoyable!!!

Big apartment with all you need for a vacation

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a vacation with kids. Lots of space, clean, and not overstocked. Jason was not bothering us at all. Very close to the pool and beach. Amazing neighbors.

Great week at the beach!!

The property was clean and everything was exactly as it was described in the listing. Everything we needed to cook meals at home was available. The back door is literally steps from the pool! The walk to the beach is about 12 minutes. We usually drove and parked in the public lot across the street just because it was very hot this week and we had a lot of beach gear. The lot is metered parking, so bring quarters. Overall, I’d highly recommend this property and book it again!

Great Vacation

Loved the location of the property; a nice walk to the beach and the pool just steps away. Everything was clean and as described in the property listing. It was a big help to have everything needed for the beach already at the property. It saved time loading and unloading the car!

Excellent location and townhome

We are frequent visitors to HHI and decided to stay near Coligny on this trip. The townhome was as advertised and in a wonderful community within walking distance to the beach. The property was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beds were very comfy and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. They had everything you could think of for small kids in case you forgot anything and the condo was very pet friendly. Our doggos loved being able to go to the beach with us this year! We will definitely be staying again!

Great stay in Hilton Head

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. There was a pool just a few minutes away and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A short drive to Coligny Beach, restaurants and stores. Jason and Devonna were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location, comfortable townhouse

Location is wonderful. Quiet townhouse community only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Dog-friendly (as are the beaches!). Comfortable, well-equipped space for our two-week stay. Communication with owners was excellent. This is an older community and the owners are clearly updating things. The only negative for us was the shag carpet upstairs. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great stay in HHI

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. Our hosts were fabulous and very responsive. The condo was very well located on the island. Close to everything! All the neighbors in the condo community were very friendly. So many great restaurants it’s hard to choose. Looking forward to our next visit to HHI.

different than what was stated.

deck has junk on it. they said there were plenty of beach towels and there were only two. they said there was a beach wagon and it was rusted out. it was close to pool and beach.

Overall impression was good , however, some of the items advertised were not in good working order The beach wagon was not usable and rusty. Thank goodness for the step 2 wagon that worked well. The beach chairs were great. We enjoyed the property and it’s location

Family vacation

Family vacation with 3 kids plus a grandfather. Thought it was going to be a tight squeeze, but we actually had more than enough room. It was bit further walk to the beach than anticipated but it’s still walking distance. It was a great experience and would definitely want to recommend staying here!
