The building overlooks a sparkling community pool, Coligny Plaza is just minutes away, and the island's signature mix of natural beauty and laid-back energy surrounds you from the moment you arrive. Whether you're here for long beach days, evening strolls, or simply unwinding somewhere new, this condo delivers a clean, comfortable base for all of it.
Living space
The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating arranged around a smart TV loaded with Peacock, Paramount+, AMC Plus, and Max. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are on hand for anyone who needs to stay connected. A woven pendant lamp anchors the dining nook just off the main living space - a relaxed spot for meals before or after a day at the beach. The kitchen turns out to be genuinely well-equipped: blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, and brand-new appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided.

Beautifully decorated and practically all new inside. Great location, 8 min walk to the beach. Mattress and pillows are pretty hard and walls are thin. No beach chairs included but overall was a great place for the price.
