The Space:

Tucked into the heart of South Forest Beach, 112 Island House is a freshly renovated condo that puts you steps from Hilton Head's soft-sand shores. The building overlooks a sparkling community pool, Coligny Plaza is just minutes away, and the island's signature mix of natural beauty and laid-back energy surrounds you from the moment you arrive. Whether you're here for long beach days, evening strolls, or simply unwinding somewhere new, this condo delivers a clean, comfortable base for all of it.

 

Living space

The open-plan living area is bright and inviting, with comfortable seating arranged around a smart TV loaded with Peacock, Paramount+, AMC Plus, and Max. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are on hand for anyone who needs to stay connected. A woven pendant lamp anchors the dining nook just off the main living space - a relaxed spot for meals before or after a day at the beach. The kitchen turns out to be genuinely well-equipped: blue cabinetry, quartz countertops, and brand-new appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 2 has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds - a layout that works well for families or groups of mixed ages.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms serve the space, each with hot water, a bathtub, hair dryer, and cleaning products provided.

 

Outdoor & facilities

The condo's patio or balcony looks out over the community pool, which is open from April through October - a welcome feature for warm-season stays. The beach itself is just a short walk away. When you want to venture out, Coligny Plaza's mix of shops, dining, and ice cream spots is close by, and Celebration Park offers live music and open-air gatherings.

 

Getting around

The property features self check-in via smart lock and a private entrance, so arrival is easy on your own schedule. Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable year-round.

 

Bringing your dog?

One dog under 50 lbs is welcome. Please note: a $200 non-refundable pet fee applies. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone inside the unit. Please do not leave dogs unattended outdoors, as wildlife is present in the area. A maximum of one dog is permitted - bringing more than one will be considered a contract violation and may result in being asked to vacate. Additional charges may apply for extensive damage.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
