Step back into a simpler time where vacations truly felt like a vacation. Our Beach Getaway, our little slice of heaven, will feel like the perfect spot to create memories that will keep you wanting to come back year after year.

Once arriving at our Second Row home it will only take you 60 steps to get to the beautifully pristine sands of North Forest Beach. Conveniently located 3 short blocks from Coligny Plaza and Beach Market, you will be able to park your car and not get back into it until you are ready to leave.

Coligny is the oldest shopping center on the island, where you will find the first grocery store "The Pig", many shops, 18 restaurants including the famous Frosty Frog and live entertainment. Across from Coligny, is the new Low Country Celebration Park. This park has an incredible playground, complete with an enormous ship, children's museum, amphitheater and more.

Our 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home, comfortably accommodates 12 guests in bedrooms. The First Floor has a back entry into the Laundry room and as you enter, to your right, there is a Bedroom with 2 Full beds and attached full Bath. Down the hall there is a full Bath with tub/shower combo and our second Bedroom with 2 Bunk beds, fulls on bottom, twins on top. On this level is also a TV room, perfect for guests to escape to. The second level offers the main living space. Our open concept layout provides plenty of seating for entertaining, watching TV, or just relaxing. You will find our brand new, fully equipped Kitchen and Dining Area flowing right off the Living Room. The Primary bedroom, along with full Bath, are also on this level of our home.

The second level also provides 3 deck spaces to sit and enjoy the surrounding views. Two small decks off the front of the house with seating and a larger deck off the Dining area complete with gas grill. On this back deck are the steps to the large Rooftop Deck with beautiful beach views. Start your day with a morning cup of coffee/tea , enjoy the afternoon with bird sightings as Pelicans, Seagulls, & Terns fly past....you might even see our special residence, a family of Osprey, that bring their catch to one of our pine trees for lunch. There is no better place to finish your day than on our Rooftop deck watching the beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

On the ground level is the carport and an awesome Shower Hut where you can simply rinse yourself off from the day's activities or actually take a shower in the privacy of the Hut. At the end of the carport is a closet with beach chairs and sand toys for your use.
Due to the fact that we are owners at the Seacrest, we can also offer the use of their pools and tennis courts. Both are down the street, The Seacrest off the Beach and the Seacrest Surf & Racquet across from "The Pig" on Avocet. We provide owner wrist bands for entry for the adults... children do not need them.
Our guests' health and well-being is a top concern. Because of this, our professional cleaning service is dedicated to an enhanced cleaning process to protect you and your loved ones.

We must insist that there is absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING on our property. Unfortunately, we have had 2 fires - one on the rooftop deck which destroyed 1/2 of it and the other in the Pine Straw on the property. Please treat our home as if it were your own.
