The Space:

Palmetto Dunes greets you with quiet lagoons, swaying palms, and a rhythm that slows the moment you arrive. This villa sits inside the gated resort, putting golf, tennis, and beach access all within easy reach for your Hilton Head stay.



Living space

Spread across 2010 square feet, the living area gives everyone room to spread out. Step onto the balcony off the living room for a peaceful water view - a nice spot for morning coffee or watching the kids wind down after a beach day. A Smart TV and laptop-friendly workspace keep things easy whether you're catching a show or checking in on work.



Sleeping arrangements

The second-level primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom. A first-level guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for the kids or extra guests, with a full-sized bed and a twin bunk bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds sleeping space for larger groups.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A 6-person dining table and 4-person breakfast bar make family meals simple, and a wet bar rounds things out for entertaining. Head outside to the 4-person patio dining area, where a gas grill is ready for a barbecue under the Lowcountry sky.



Bathroom

Each of the three bathrooms includes a hair dryer, cleaning products, and hot water on demand; two of the three baths double as en-suites off the primary and guest bedrooms.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated, oceanfront resort community built around an 11-mile lagoon system, perfect for a leisurely canoe or kayak outing. From here you're close to beach access, the Palmetto Dunes General Store, three golf courses, tennis courts, and bike and boat rentals - plus a community pool and kids splash pool for cooling off. Board games, playing cards, a pack and play, and a high chair are all on hand, so the youngest members of the group are covered too.

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
