¡Acabas de encontrar tu nueva casa de alquiler favorita! Esta cabaña de playa maravillosa es un elevado 4 Dormitorio 2. 5 Baño casa con actualizaciones en todo. Despierta para su café de la mañana y escuchar las olas romper en la playa desde el porche con vistas al mar. Esta casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones para recordar. La gran sala de estar tiene techos abovedados, una hermosa chimenea decorativa (no funciona), y una gran pantalla plana de TV y reproductor de Blu-Ray. Un nuevo conjunto de comedor y taburetes de la barra de correspondencia proporciona comedor para toda la familia. La cocina actualizada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito, junto con todos los electrodomésticos de cocina estándar, utensilios de cocina y vajilla necesario para preparar una comida casera.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, gran walk in closet, y baño en suite. Una puerta corredera conduce desde el dormitorio principal a la pantalla en el porche en la parte delantera de la casa con vistas a la playa. 2 dormitorios de la reina están situados en cada lado del 2do cuarto de baño completo, y tienen camas cómodas con nueva ropa de cama. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama litera con una cama queen size en la parte inferior y un gemelo en la parte superior, con un medio baño adjunto. Cada habitación cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, así como un reproductor de Blu-Ray.

Vida al aire libre es donde esta casa brilla, con una gran pantalla en el porche en la parte delantera de la casa, y un gran balcón en la parte trasera de la casa, con un comedor al aire libre y parrilla de gas. A continuación se muestra la piscina (climatizada durante la temporada) con una cubierta de piscina ampliada y una ducha al aire libre. Pasar el día en la playa, y relajarse en casa en la piscina mientras cena a la parrilla, es lo que las vacaciones se trata.

Cuando se trata de gran variedad, North Forest Beach alquileres son difíciles de superar. Su singularidad se encuentra en el hecho de que se encuentran a poca distancia de la playa, mientras que todavía se mantiene cerca de alta calidad de compras, restaurantes y opciones de entretenimiento. Fall getaway

Once again we had a fantastic week at 4 nighthawk. Location cant be beat. The house is comfortable,and the fenced yard is perfect for our goldens. The large deck is very nice and the pool is another added perk. Look forward to our next stay.home is comfortable and the fenced yard is perfect

Perfect Location

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed the heated pool, fenced yard, and proximity to the beach! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen had lots of cooking pots, pans, utensils etc. Be aware that there's no food items (e.g. salt, pepper, oil) or disposablles (like foil, ziploc bags, etc). A few notes for the house: we had a small bug problem with a few cockroaches in the house (pest control did come while we were there). Also, I'd suggest the property mgt company do some repairs/upgrades on all the doors and gates. The front door doesn't shut properly unless dead bolted, and the gates on the fence are pretty rusted and also require an intentional effort to shut.

Great house and location

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Sitting in the sunroom you could see the path to the beach! I was worried because it said 4 rows back. It was a two minute walk to beach! We had four college age boys and the POOL was the biggest hit by far! The kitchen was perfect and two containers for the grill! Nothing like a burger at the pool! The showers always had hot water as well! Table in dining area was big and perfect to eat at too! Plenty of seating in and out! We left some pool floats for the next group to enjoy. Great time and great food at HHI. Definitely would stay again! And we got to bring our sweet dog! Thank you!

Location is everything

The house itself is a 3 but the location is a 5. I'd give it a 10 if I could. The house was cleaned but the couches, carpets, drapes, outside furniture all need to be deeply cleaned. If the house had a facelift, it would benefit it greatly. But at the end of the day, the location was more important to us. It literally took us just 1 minute to walk to the beach, and the house is on such a quiet street that you would never know you're only a 3 minute drive to Coligny. So you get the best of both worlds.

Location of the property was just what our family was looking for. The AC unit on the other hand could not keep up and a technician had to come out bc one day it was 90 in the house. turns our the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 6+ mths. the Ac still had a hard time keeping the house cool. The house could of been cleaner. dust bunnies on the ceiling in the rooms. dust and hair on the walls. it was just not the cleanest place we have stayed.

The property is in a great location. Other than that there were a few issues. The front door wouldn’t latch and stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. The a/c wasn't the best. The lowest temperature available was 76. Some days it got up to 83 in the house, even when the temperature was in the upper 80s outside. The air handler seemed weak and not circulating enough air. The oven did not work. There was a bad igniter that was supposed to be replaced 5 days into our stay. It never got fixed. Ants. Ants everywhere outside. If you sit out by the pool they will be all over you.
