Very disappointing. We were offered an early check in via email for a fee. The communication with the property manager was terrible in regards to booking an additional day (had to book through vrbo, when I went to book the additional day I could not due to minimal days booked, called Beach Properties and was laughed at because I did not understand how to do this by Megan). Once we arrived we realized we had no internet. Called 3 times the first day and was told someone would be there to fix it- never came. 3 days into the stay it was finally fixed. A very nice man (Andrew?) came in on day 2 to help but made an error on the password. The tv's in 2/3 bedrooms never worked. Drawers were unclean. Many of the closet doors did not close all the way. I tried to contact the host and the property through vrbo on day 3 and never heard back.This was not advertised but just fyi for future renters- no beach chairs etc to use (there are 4 beach towels).I initially felt very sorry for the home owners as most of the issue was due to the property management (Beach Properties). However, I did even try to contact the host without luck.Outside of the 3 beach property employees I initially contacted to book the extra day, the customer service personal I talked with about the internet as well as the repair man were all very kind (Julio, Roxanne, Andrew) and did apologize about the internet. The screened in porch was very nice. It is a good location.
