Located on the 4th floor of the wonderful Sea Crest Resort, 1401 Sea Crest is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo offering magnificent views of the water gardens, lush tropical landscaping, and the Atlantic Ocean. The main balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the first master bedroom. The second master bedroom has a private balcony. The tiled living room has an nice coastal striped couch with sleeper sofa for additional guests, along with a matching loveseat and armchair. Watch your favorite movie on the 50 inch Smart TV with DVD.

The dining area, which is adjacent to both the living room and the kitchen, has a table with 4 wooden high-back cushioned chairs and a mirrored wall. The fully equipped kitchen has tile floors, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with 2 stools. A full sized washer and dryer are provided for an added convenience. Whether guests are preparing food in the kitchen, enjoying a meal with the family, or relaxing in the living room, they can see the dramatic view of the ocean and the tall palm trees that surround the resort.

Upon entering the villa, 2 bedrooms can be found on the right side of the condo. The first master bedroom offers a king bed, armchair, and 40 inch Smart TV. The private bath has a large soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity. A sliding glass door leads out to the balcony with a table and seating for four. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise and watch the seagulls! There’s nothing better than being close to the beach! The guest room contains 2 queen beds, an armchair, and a 40 inch Smart TV. The private bath also has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity.

The second spacious master suite, located on the left side of the condo, has a king bed, 40 inch Smart TV, and a sliding door to a private balcony. The private bath has a large soaking tub, separate glass shower and double sinks.
