Our Villa is located on Hill Lake w Lake access and our backyard off our two beautiful decks is hole #1 of the Golf Course. We are also located on biking, hiking, ATV , snowmobile and ski trails. Located on 1,400 wooded acres, the resort has miles of cross-country skiing, snowmobile, and snowshoe trails and sliding. Summer activities include outdoor pool, a nine-hole golf course, ttennis court, biking on both natural and paved trails, hiking trails, Boating and fishing are available on Hill Lake. Stroll along the water's edge, go berry picking, or view the many different species of birds in the area. This area is a vacationer's dream. This is a place where families return again and again. Guests will experience the unmistakable peace and solitude of "Minnesota's North Woods", as well as numerous attractions nearby. Visit Forest Historical Center, the Judy Garland Museum, Grand Rapids and Aitkin shopping, antique shops, Iron World, Itasca State Park (headwaters of the Mississippi), Hill Annex Mine, and the Port of Duluth. There is something to capture everyone's interest. Wonderful Place!

Family getaway

My family has a cabin on the lake but sleeping is tight, so having a nice place to stay and spend time with our family is just what we needed. We played bags right on the golf course one day as well and played a couple rounds of golf.

Condo in Hill City

The condo was in a very convenient location for my group as we were out and about during the day. It had a fully furnished kitchen so we had no issues cooking. The only thing was that it advertises it sleeps 8 with 2 sofa beds. There was only 1 sectional that had an ottoman we pushed in to create a bed, we originally had 8 people and it would have been inconvenient for 2 people in our group. Overall Doyle was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Great Quadna units

Our family rented multiple units on the Quadna property, two from Doyle. Doyle was the easiest to work with, the quickest to respond and the host who seemed the most interested in us enjoying our stay. We had a wonderful time and our lodging was a significant part of that!
