"The hotel is in a great location. Next to Luxor, Mandalay and a quick walk to New York hotel or Allegiant Stadium. The check in/out process was great! Very quick with the kiosk. Room was ready when we got there, no long wait. The hotel itself is mid. Nothing special about it. it looks a little old but I think they are going for the old world style castle look. For the price it is okay."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Completely over crowded, there is one elevator to get to most of the rooms so waiting in line at the desk to check in took an hour and then it was another hour waiting in line for the elevator to get to our room. This happened almost every time we left the room. The pool was decently fun but again, completely over crowded. There are better properties to stay at in Vegas. The restaurants on the property are also ridiculously over priced. The sushi restaurant on site cost more for one dinner than our entire stay at the hotel. "
