We had an amazing time, the view was great, the area was peaceful and the room was perfect. The only minor issue we had was that there were ants crawling all over the walls since before we got in the room so I'm not sure where they were coming from.

The reception staff were first-class and incredibly helpful, making our first visit to the area feel very welcoming. Our apartment was compact but smartly designed, with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The highlight was without doubt the stunning ocean views from our balcony — the perfect setting for a sunset drink and some tapas. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the water on a short getaway.

No room servicing - had to ask for toilet roll - clean towels magnetic to hold open door doesn't work - staff comment "there are several like that". Standard of room needed attention - unable to reach light switch from beds placed together to form "queen or King" - no in dining - have to source nearby restaurants - staff comment "there are plenty out there" - staff comment when asked about luggage trolley "there maybe a few somewhere outside" All in all would never stay with this group again

Excellent staff. Nice pool. Room clean and adequate. The gym could be better and the sauna was not very hot. Was surprised that room wasn’t serviced once in a 5 night stay but we had our own supplies, and would of asked for more if needed.

The GPS does not take you to the reception it takes you to the 2nd tower, at night time in an unfamiliar area it was difficult

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, bathroom sink was cracked and very uneven legs on the balcony table, room itself was clean but very dated. The views from the marina view room was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.
