In a beautiful estate with playground + BBQ area.
Only a short drive to stunning beaches & local shops.

Guests have access to the entire property except for 2x white lock up storage cupboards in main walk in robe and 1x black lock up storage cupboard in the double garage.

Currently we have a small trailer stored in one corner at the side of the property out of the way.

Please ensure that all rubbish is removed from inside bins and placed in the bins outside upon leaving.

*BBQ must be cleaned prior to checking out, otherwise additional fees will apply.
Foil is best used to keep the BBQ clean, or there is BBQ cleaning items available in the pantry.

Rubbish bin night is Tuesday night.

If you have pets, please ensure they do not sit on beds or other furniture and that there mess is cleaned up from the yard otherwise additional costs will be applied.
