El cuarto estaba limpio y ordenado. Sin embargo ya se ve descuidado y algunas cosas viejas. El staff me recibio y atendio bien desde la llegada hasta la salida. Me toco un cuarto que compartia puerta con otro y literalmente se escuchaba todo.

The beds were very hard, it was very clean but for the price you don't get any rest, I don't recommend it, it's better as a motel for a quick stop.

Nos cancelaron la reservación el día de llegada,eso fué frustrante porque estabamos muy cansados del viaje de Puebla a CDMX, luego el vuelo a Hermosillo. pero nos consiguierón habitación en el otro hotel que tienen, fué el unico inconveniente, por lo demás nos atendieron muy bien.

Staff needs help at check in line was long and took a long time to check in with only 3 in front of me. Front desk clerk checking in, answering phones, and providing assistance. Cleaning staff although friendly noisy, specially early morning. AC units old and super loud. Overpriced for this renovated hotel. Location is appreciated

En esta ocasión no me fue muy bien, el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacia mucho ruido y olía mal, el edredón olía a humedad. Un día por la mañana el chico de recepción no me quiso agendar la transportación por que no agende un día antes, por la noche fuí a recepción para gendar con anticipación el transporte para el siguiente día y la recepcionista en turno me dijo que solo me podía agendar el mismo día no antes :( Al final accedió después de que le platique lo del otro chico y me agendó el transporte.
