Empty hotel

There was no breakfast buffet but a paper bag with some breakfast was left in a fridge for us. No staff whatsoever (self service checkin), no pool or spa area (as is shown in all fronted pictures at hotels.com) - we felt we got a bit ripped off as these things were not clear when booking.

Felt like staying in an abandoned hotel

It was pretty strange as there was no staff. And very few guests. It felt like we were staying in an abandoned hotel that was really expensive. We specifically booked this place for the sauna and spa but upon arrival it was found to be closed. I understand this because of covid but there was no mention at all of this when we booked. We did receive an email that said there was no reception and no breakfast available until 26 December but we were going for new years eve and new years day so it didn't bother us but after text messaging a staff member after check in we discovered everything was closed. The room was fairly small, but it was warm, the walls are thin so you can hear the other few guests in their rooms. But it is on the ski slope so was very easy to go skiing etc. There is also a kitchen available. If I was made aware or the current situation of the hotel I would have booked a different place.

OK minus

Helt OK hotell i forhold til prisklasse. Ikke noe kjempeutvalg til frokost. Hotellet bærer preg av å være bygd for en god stund siden. Dårlig renhold på rommet. Fant gammelt ostepop i sofaen. Betjening og personell veldig hyggelige

Mögel i duschrum och allmänt ofräscht rum. Gardiner fyllda med fläckar. Fläckiga madrasser En fimp och snus på vårt rum som vår 2åring hittade. Frukosten blev magrare och magrare för varje dag. Lobby och pizzor höll bra kvalite. Personalen supertrevlig Men snälla lägg pengsr på att investera i fräschör på rum osv.
