Room 12...room was cold...heater was on maximum...window was leaking in cold air...closed the curtains helped a little. Also could hear the conversations on the street through the window. Otherwise all good in the Hotel.

Helsingborg’s Hidden Gem

Located right in the centre of Helsingborg, the V Hotel provided us with cleanliness, polite and tentative staff and a room which was on the smaller side compared to normal. However, from previous experience from staying within Scandinavia, we knew this was normal. A vast array of typical and Scandinavian breakfast items were available in the mornings and it even lasted until 11am! This was perfect for me and my fiancé as we like to eat later in the mornings. One small feature we did enjoy was being able to connect to Apple TV in our room. Sometimes a TV in a language you can not understand can be an annoyance, so being able to use our iPads and play what we wanted through the TV was awesome. We highly recommend the V Hotel for visiting Helsingborg!

Pleasant hotel

Pleasant hotel with nice rooms. The rooms are not so noice isolated so that's a bit of a bummer otherwise a good hotel, nice breakfast!

Check-in was a bit cold and confusing. I think there was a trainee on the desk, as he didn't really know what to do. Gave us the key and said "enjoy your stay" without telling us the room number or way to the elevator, so we had to ask (we had a small child and plenty of bags). They originally charged us for providing a baby crib which we weren't aware of when booking, but they waived that fee in the end which was good. Room was fine. Two robes, one without a tie; two coffee capsules with one small container of milk; mini fridge that was warm inside: all these things just shows that the little details were missed. A little disappointed with our stay.

Personligt, mysigt och trevligt!

Personligt bemötande, mysigt inrett hotell och bistro. Varierad meny i bistron och ovanligt bra frukost med allt från chia, turkisk yoghurt, juicer, olika sorters bröd och pålägg. Riktig äggröra med alla tillbehör. Te, kaffe, frukt och grönsaker. Parkering på gården med laddplats som kan förbokas. Hög servicenivå och vanligt trevlig upplevelse!
