The person next door was playing loud TV right near my bed that makes it difficult to know I can get a good rest or con duct a quiet interview tomorrow, which was the reason I booked the room. The room also smelled an odd, unpleasant smell. Also, a woman came to the front desk complaining of bugs crawling on her bed. After I heard that, I left and am planning to stay in my car.

When we arrived, they were upgrading they computers and we were unable to check in. We went and ate. When we returned, it took us about a half hour to get checked in. We could not get a copy of the bill.

Not accessibility friendly hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent. I was having knee problems and had to carry my luggage up a stairway to the upper floor because the hotel does not have an elevator.

Requested an extra or different sitting chair - only one available in room was an office chair - no table. Requested 3 times - no change was made and issue was not addressed. Garbage was not collected (4 night stay). No clean towels offered although their policy was to change only after 3 days or upon request. the room pictured is not what i received.

There was only one chair in the room- that was a desk chair that nearly sent ne to the floor; the floor was filthy (as were the bottom of our feet) the bed was so high i needed a step stoll to get into it. I realize that maybe if i had specified a handicap room things may have been better.
