This hotel .... prepaid means nothing

Booked 2 nites king bed for my business trip. I already pre-paid and left the message that my check-in time will be around 10PM Font desk told me, tonight was fully occupied that I had no choice to stay at 2 single beds room .... A bit upset and prepaid means nothing in this case.
