We picked this property due to the ability to walk out the door to beautiful hiking and biking trails. The condo was fine, probably decorated last in the 90's Our big complaint was a loud party going on in the condo next to us. We call the emergency property manager at 1am and again at 5 am to complain. Apparent due to bad cell phone reception he didn't get the messages on his cell until 8 am the next morning. After a frustrating and somewhat scary night, the property manager quickly apologized and refunded our stay. I'm not sure I will stay here again, but the location to outdoor recreation was fantastic.

When I booked this lodging I had no idea it was a resort for biking and cross country skiing. I don't recall anything about that when I booked it on Hotels.com. It appears the company has some great upcoming projects. We noticed a lot of very cool improvements taking place to the property's amenities overall. The coffee shop was great! My only comments regarding the lodging portion would be that the condos/suites we stayed in are in need of some serious updating. Nothing too major but could use a fresh look. It was pretty clean and the pillows were comfortable which is always a plus.

Outside of condos were in much needed repair, as well as screened in decks. Inside definitely dated but very clean. Located in a great area just outside of Cable. Would have liked info about coffee shop/bakery a few steps away—no mention but found on our own one day.

Did not meet expectations!

The web page showed a lake in the background and there wasn't one. The beds were horrible. Had only one firepit to use and the other regular people took the whole time we was there. All in all if it wasn't for the negative things i just mentioned id stay there again. I had a big group of UTVERS and i was checking the place out for future use. Probably won't stay there again.
