The Home

The main living and dining areas are located upstairs, creating a light and airy space centred around the beautiful outlook across the bay.

Large windows and sliding doors allow you to enjoy the views from inside, while the dining area opens onto two separate decks. One deck is ideal for outdoor dining, while the second provides a dedicated space for BBQs and enjoying the coastal surroundings.

The well-equipped kitchen connects with the main living area, making it easy to prepare meals while staying part of the conversation.

A large Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are also provided for relaxed evenings at home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The main bedroom is upstairs and features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, beautiful bay views and sliding doors opening onto a private balcony.

The second bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds, while the third bedroom features two single beds which can be joined together if required. The third bedroom also has a ceiling fan and looks towards the river.

The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and features a queen-size bed, with direct access to the rear garden.

The upstairs bathroom includes a bath and shower, with a separate toilet. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet and is conveniently located near the fourth bedroom and laundry.

Outdoor Living

With two decks, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the home's beautiful coastal setting.

The main deck provides an inviting space for outdoor dining, while the second deck includes the BBQ and offers another place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The downstairs bedroom also opens towards the rear garden, while an outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Beach & Location

Jimmy’s Beach is just a few steps away, making it easy to head down for an early morning swim, a walk along the sand or a relaxing afternoon by the water.

The Myall River is approximately a three-minute walk away, while Bennett’s Beach is around a 15-minute walk from the property.

The surrounding Winda Woppa and Hawks Nest area offers plenty to explore, from beaches and waterways to walking trails, boating, fishing and local cafes and restaurants.

The property has garaging for two cars, along with boat parking on the driveway.
