This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We really like it. Easy walk to the beach and shopping. Lovely sound side walkways.

When I checked in, the villa was dirty. There was dirty dishes in the sink, bedding on the floor, as well as dirty towels on the floor. They had to change our room (over the phone, because the office closes at 8 p.m.)

My granddaughter found a pill under the bed. The bathroom sink didn’t drain good. I will stay here again. I feel safe to stay here alone. It’s a great spot for sunrise and sunset pictures!!

A disappointing apartment stay.

We were disappointed with this accommodation after the photos looked amazing. The apartment was very run down and in need of updating. The floor was sticky and the pull down mattress on the sofa bed had dirty stains on it which was really off putting. We picked somewhere for 4 people but this is better suited to 2. The location is great and the shop next door was brilliant.

After a long day of travel from Cedar Island to Ocracoke to Hatteras, this was a beautiful welcome home feeling. The 2 ladies on staff at check-in were so friendly and welcoming! The Suite was beautifully decorated and very clean. This was the best stop on our trip, we can't wait to come back in the summer...we've found our new spot at Hatteras!

I didn't appreciate the cleaning woman Tish putting ripped sheets on the bed. I immediately saw the torn sheet when I pulled back the cover. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly again...my last stay we found hair all over the bathroom, hair was in the bathtub and on the floor.

Very nice villa,great location. I have one/two complaints. We originally arrived here early but unable to check in till 4 ....so we decided to visit ocacroke this day instead.i had very much been wanting to watch guardians/Yankees playoff game at 8pm...so we rushed our visit at ocacroke to be able to get back in time for game....only to find that while they have 2 TVs in villa,neither has any sort of cable .. Only able to get 3 sketchy local channels on one of the tvs...nothing on other.i texted the managing company hoping they had a tip or I was doing something wrong...no response.so I just went to sleep very disappointed.then woke up in am to do some things on my tablet to find out while they have wifi ,it wasn't working...so if you don't care about TV or wifi,then this is an awesome place to stay.i highly recommend you get here right at 4 and check things out before the office closes at 5 because you won't be able to reach anyone .
