Travelocity screwed us because I made a mistake when I booked the date which was supposed to be for that night, but I didn’t realize it was actually two weeks in the future. Realizing my mistake immediately we tried contacting Travelocity as well as the hotel and were given no recourse and no refund. We do not plan on using Travelocity again and will advise others not to either.

Everything was perfect , except for the breakfast had been sitting a while ( sausage and french toast sticks were hard ) and decaf coffee had been sitting a while. The bed was very comfy and the room was perfect , very clean and no issues.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The only issue (which) is not a deal breaker is that the bathroom door is heavy and slams shut - had to use the desk chair to prop it open

Great place to stay. Our only challenge was how to navigate the tv. Only one remote for two tvs. Great location. Easy access to tourist sites as well as shopping. Front desk staff very friendly, Thomas was dry welcoming.
