There was no Shower gel in bathroom. There was no dental kit. Room service basically just fixed the duvet on top of the bed without fixing the bedsheet. No AC remote. Coffee mug from last night was just kept as it is.

The staff team were friendly and the hotel and room was clean. Breakfast was quality & tasty. I would of liked my receipt on checking out as it was promised to me when I checked in, otherwise all good.

Nice overnight visit after some time away - Harlow

Used to come here regularly in the past. Shops and Restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking is possible nearby too but there was work going on at this time so parked in the multi-storey which is a short walk. Normally a bit cheaper if booked with the hotel directly. Need to pay in the car paek. Not sure if this is the new way forward but not a tragedy. Reception Team were great as before. Friendly and welcoming. Super breakfast with good hot options. Nothing too much trouble here and we will be back over the summer months. Many thanks all.
