Staff were great! The plumbing in the building were terrible. Toilet does not drain reliably when flushed and constantly got clogged. Shower water constantly overflow out to the bathroom floor since the barrier was only quarter inch high. I asked to switch rooms but the front desk person said all the room’s plumbing were the same. Does not have a washer dryer but out source the laundry service. Turnaround time is only 12 hours so be mindful of that. I would spending more for a better property next time in Hanoi.
