Great staff but many things not working properly !
When we booked the Hotel it looked very nice in the Pictures of Holtels.com.
We had booked a Family room with City views with Teo bathrooms and Teo rooms with city view.
But when we arrived we discovered that they didn’t have our room and we’re offered a upgrade to the honey moon suite. We went up to see the rooms and we decided to take the upgrade even that it only had one room and one bathroom. For our surprise when we came back to the room we started discovering many wrong things, The floor was a disaster it looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Picture attached. The safe had no batteries. The electronic lock in the door was not working properly. I went downstairs to talk to the manager about this things and they were solved immediately. We were arriving from Hoi An and it was very hot so we decided to go to the rooftop bar for a beer and for our surprise we found the rooftop closed and in ruins. We went down to talk to the manager and he said they had notified Expedia about this but in the webpage it didn’t say the rooftop bar was closed. It only said the bar was closed for renewals. We decided to go out for dinner. The hotel has a great location. Walking distance from everything we wanted to see in Hanoi. When we came back to the hotel we were thirsty for a bottle of cold water from our minibar. But guess what, it wasn’t working. Again I had to go down and the staff In the front desk immediately changed it for one that was working properly. Great staff !!
