このホテルを選んだところからお話させて下さい。
3/24はベトナムへ来て丁度3年の記念日、精密検査もあり3/30には日本へ帰り、半年以上は日本勤務を言われていたこともあり、最後のハノイになるかも知れず、レイクビュー＋バルコニーのあるホテルということでここを選びました。いろんな意味で折角の記念日をぶち壊してくれました。
ホテルに着いたら、前日に予約が入って満室と断られました。こちらが困っているにも関わらず、動画を見ながらへらへら笑うス タッフに嫌悪感を感じておりました。 bookin.comでホテルを探し出す始末。
上記満足度については、客室や設備については滞在しておりませんので、回答できません。
