Great spacious family room. Staff team were exceptionally helpful and friendly with recommendations and support throughout the trip. Even allowed us to leave our luggage a few days whilst traveling. Hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter just a few minutes walk from the main part of Hoan Kiem Lake.

We had a wonderful time at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel. From the time of booking, the communication was fantastic, nothing a problem and questions were answered immediately. The location is just where you want to be in the old quarter, with easy access to 100s of places to eat and drink. Huge selection of food for breakfast each day and of an exceptional quality. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The highlight for me was the staff, in particular, the beautiful Anna who went out of her way to make our stay the best. Our second time in Hanoi and our favourite place to stay so far.

Hotel has great location, in the middle of Old Quarter, in walkable distance to restaurants, shops, massages, some sights....Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, good choice of delicious meal for breakfast. The best is hotel staff. Allways nice, kind, very helpful with everything. They helped us organise lot of trips, buy tickets to the theatre, cable car in remote city, rent a car in other part if Vietnam.... We recommend this hotel very much.

The staff were amazing! Location was great. Thank you Anna for going above and beyond and new manager Alex was lovely. They even kept our luggage while we went to Sapa for a few days. Then transported our luggage to their sister hotel as they didn’t have a room for us when we returned.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The hotel was near to night market, beer street, cafe and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from our check in until check out. The property was situated right in the centre of the old quarter. The staff were amazing so friendly polite and helpful. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day. The breakfast was fresh with a wide choice of menu. This is not a 5 star hotel boasting extravagant luxuries, but for the cost of the hotel it surpasses expectations and was a fantastic start to our holiday. I could not recommend enough.
