The room wasn’t as advertised. Very small, not open like the picture. Not enough coffee and tea for two people. Batteries were falling out of safe so you couldn’t leave anything in it. Only one card per room which is inconvenient. It was a good value and good location but I wouldn’t stay there if in Hanoi.

Super comfy bed, the staff was very friendly and ready to help. The location is great, very close to all the restaurants and night market but it's still in a quieter road and we didn't hear any noise during the night.

The staff are super friendly and the hotel is immaculate. I took the family room that had a great balcony to sit out on in the evenings. It is located very conveniently to all the attractions. The staff are very knowledgeably and always happy to help. They arranged a trip to Ha Long Bay for me and it was very open, informative and transparent. I loved this, place so much I extended my stay.

This is an excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. All the recommendations that Anna and her team made were great. They were very accommodating when our boat cruise was canceled and made a great recommendation for the Ninh Binh day your. All of the facilities were great and breakfast was very generous.

I am a regular visitor. This is a place where you can trusts the staff, get a quiet room (backside) and eat a nice pho for breakfast. Prices are quite reasonable and I will visit them next time in Hanoi.

We had 2 nights stay at this hotel. It has spacious room, great facilities and has elevator. The staff were also helpful. They offered help to exchange money and buy some banh pia for us. They provide airport transfer as well. It was a great stay.

Loved our stay here, from the moment we arrived we were so well looked after. Our Halong Bay package was included, also a meal at the Purple Cherry restaurant & airport pick up. We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online.  Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con.  We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.

Great location (5 minute walk from the Night Market), very polite, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (try the french toast!), great rooms, good price. You can also book several tours for a good price. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pick-up service to Hanói airport is worth it (18$), because you won,t pay less than 20 for a regular taxi. Totally recommend it!
