We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Hanoi. It was really great and would easily recommend. The location is super convenient as it's located right in the Old Quarter. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated, but was all we needed. Aircon and wifi were appreciated. Breakfast was included and had good buffet and hot alacarte options. The staff were amazing, especially Anna who gave us tons of tips on tours (booked thru her for our halong bay cruise). We also used their airport pick up service which went smoothly. All in all a perfect choice for about $45usd/nt.

I stayed with 2 friends for 3 nights here, we initially only booked one night not quite knowing what to expect but wow. Staff were amazing and so very helpful in every way. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good showers and comfy beds. Breakfast included was a must, great selection and quick to come out. Felt very welcome and safe (important for 3 young females traveling together). Great spot in the old quarter with lots of restaurants and heaps of street food vendors. Happily recommend to anyone wanting a great value for money spot in the old quarter with good facilities.

The lovely women at the reception area were nothing but nice to my cousin and I when we visited Hanoi. They were very helpful with arranging tours, and accommodating when we decided to stay two more nights because we were enjoying ourselves so much in vibrant Hanoi. Would highly recommend.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, la cama es cómoda y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno debes ir a tomarlo en otra locación que parece ser los mismos hoteles pero con diferentes nombres. En general si estás buscando un hotel para pasar la noche porque estarás todo el día por fuera. Es una buena opción.

From the moment we arrived the fantastic staff at Lotus boutique were friendly and very accommodating. They gave us great advise about where to eat and places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed at Lotus Boutique for a whole week and the staff was always very helpful and welcoming and great with kids. The day we arrived was my wifes birthday, and they had prepared a birthday cake and happy birthday was written in roses on the bed. We stayed in a family room which had a good size for 4 people and the bathroom had a tub which was nice. Breakfast was good and the buffet was supplemented by an ala carte selection. There is a wide selection of cafes and restaurant within short walking distance from the hotel. Absolutely recommended.

The staff were fantastic - so friendly and accomodating. The only thing I didn’t love was that breakfast was at another hotel you had to walk to in the morning (first world problem ) but that wasn’t stated on the website. Also glad I upgraded and had a balcony as def needed for more space

Due to a massively delayed flight we didnt get to the hotel until after 1am. On arrival we were made to walk to the sister hotel (that we hadnt booked) as they had given our room away. We were made to walk in the rain even though it was extremely late and we were exhausted only to find that there wasnt a twin room available there either. The staff tried to be helpful by getting us a put-me-up bed but the mattress was stained and unpleasant. The lift was upba flight of stairs and only stopped on odd floor numbers so we had to carry our rucksacks up another flight. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful and we did not eat the stale offering. I would not stay at this hotel if I were you.

We stayed 1 nights in this little hotel (on the sixth floor with balcony) and enjoyed it very much. Despite of the central location in the old quarter it was not noisy, the room was nice and spotless clean and the breakfast good. The best was the exceptional friendly hotel staff! In our opinion the value for money was outstanding and we highly recommend to stay here.

The Lotus Boutique hotel is superb in every way.the staff are friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They could not have been more helpful and let us leave luggage while we went to sapa,then let us shower when we came back. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities provided. The location is excellent and you can walk to all tourist locations. Many thanks to Anna for all their help. A real gem of a place.

We had a fantastic days in Hanoi, it was such a lovely start being welcomed by Ms. Anna at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. All the staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. You really should try this place. Thank you all the staff at Lotus Boutique.

An excellent hotel in Hanoi - the staff were the friendliest we have met in Vietnam (which is a very friendly country!) They went out of their way to help us and give us recommendations. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast and delicious welcoming drinks. We would love to come back.
