This is an excellent hotel in a very convenient spot. All the recommendations that Anna and her team made were great. They were very accommodating when our boat cruise was canceled and made a great recommendation for the Ninh Binh day tour. All of the facilities were great, and breakfast was very generous.

Great location (5 minute walk from the Night Market), very polite, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (try the french toast!), great rooms, good price. You can also book several tours for a good price. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pick-up service to Hanói airport is worth it (18$), because you won,t pay less than 25 for a regular taxi.

The hotel you will feel like your own home. They are friendly and warm. The service is very good. The hotel is near attractions, shopping and night market, and it's been fantastic. The hotel I was very impressed.

Good location, front desk/house keeping were good. They remembered things like needing extra towels etc Our shower drain was a bit blocked, facilities removed the sieve which worked but I'm sure won't help the drains

Hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter area, making it very accessible to different points of interest (eg hanoi opera house, hanoi weekend night market, Kiem lake and French quarter). The staff are very friendly and helpful and deliver one of the best services. They were even offered and helped cook porridge for me to take out due to my early flight time. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
