I start at 5-star rating and go down from there. Great location, central to lots of things in Ha No. Walking is very possible to many attractions. Great friendly staff that helped us charge our iPhones. Good clean room. The restroom in the lobby was a little hot, and therefore smelly to the point where I would not use it. The breakfast's free coffee was terrible, Especially surprising for a country that has a great coffee export business and a great coffee culture. There was no orange juice at breakfast. Even Mcdonald offers orange juice. If you order an espresso or an orange juice from the lobby bar, it costs extra. So much for free breakfast. The selection of food at breakfast was average. So, a solid 3-star experience for a 3-star hotel.

Staff was excellent from the check in to the check out process. I also loved the spa services, received fabulous massage and a facial. Breakfast buffet with cooked to order eggs and pho were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay! Everyone working here was so amazing, sweet, an accommodating. We were a little nervous going to Vietnam as both of us don’t speak Vietnamese fluently, but the staff spoke English so well! At night, it was a little loud from a nearby street which I think is to be expected. During our stay we also did a massage, got their free breakfast, and scheduled tours with them. They were even more economical compared to booking online. Tip: get the breakfast. It’s so good.

Absolutely hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were fantastic. Cannot say enough nice things about them. At check in I was upgraded to a family suite with balcony room! Wow it was huge!! The room was mega spacious, with a large desk, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. (As well as shaving kits, toothbrushes and shower caps.) Hotel is located in the old quarter but tucked away so it’s not so chaotic. It’s also literally a minutes walk to train street. My room was out the front and even at night the noise was minimal and had two full nights sleep. (I’m a light sleeper) Breakfast was superb with so much choice and as the breakfast room is located on the rooftop bar you get lovely views. 100% I will stay here again if I find myself in Hanoi. Beyond excellent (and believe me I don’t say that often!)
