日本人にとってありがたいホテルです。 オール日本語なので安心感あって助かりますし、日本食も多くの種類の料理があり、海外においても日本食が必須の私には、本当にありがたいです。これまでハノイでは2ヶ月に一度ペースで利用させてもらってますし、ホーチミンもミャンマーも東屋さんを利用させてもらいました。

窓無しの部屋だったのが辛かった、、サウナはちゃんと整備されていて多分、ハノイのビジホでは一番良いサウナ＆大浴場だと思います。受付の日本語レベル高くて助かります。

色んなところに配慮がされており、スタッフもオール日本語でホスピタリティが高く素晴らしい。 気になったのが2点 ①日本のテレビが全チャンネル見れるのは素晴らしいが、ネット経由のサービスだと思いますが、数分おきに中断することが多くまともにみれなかった。 ②エアコンの音がもう少し静寂性があって欲しい。程よい風量、程よい温度、静かさが微妙で安眠しずらく日本のメーカーに比べて差がある気がします。

日本にいるかのようなホテルです。受付もスタッフも日本語で会話ができて挨拶含め対応は非常に良かったです。大浴場もあり日本のTVが普通にみれます。トイレはウォシュレットでした。部屋は意外と広く湯船も深くて快適です。朝食も日本食でした。美味しかったです。日本人街にあるホテルなので食事やマッサージも徒歩数分圏内。とても便利です。ただ私の部屋は歓楽街側でもあったので深夜でもバイクや車の音、人の声などが気になりました

ホテルの扉の開け閉めの音が結構響きます。周りは交通量が少ないですが、ハノイという土地柄バイクや車の音は朝からうるさいですね。和定食おいしかったです。ただ、ビュッフェの時間が8時まで平日のみだったのが残念です。ビジネスマン向けのホテルかな。

とても良いホテルです。私の場合、朝食が日本食が頂けることと、オール日本語で過ごせて、日本の地上波もLIVEで見れるのは、安心して過ごせます。屋上にある露天風呂も良い気分転換になりますね。朝食について補足すると、食材も種類も素晴らしいです。安心して食べれる生卵、納豆、焼き魚、豆腐、味噌汁など。
