We had an amazing stay at The Wave! This 2-bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for – well-kept, perfectly located right on the ocean, and incredibly comfortable for our group.The location couldn't be better. We took a beautiful 30-minute drive up the coast to Portsmouth one day and made it to UNH the following day for a football game in about 25 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants withinwalking distance, and we have to give a special shoutout to Point Break – we enjoyed dinner there 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed. The sunrise over the ocean is absolutely incredible and set the tone for each day. There are also a couple of coffee shops within an easy walk, which was perfect for getting our mornings started.John was a fantastic host and went above and beyond by accommodating half of our group arriving a day early. His flexibility andresponsiveness made everything seamless.I can't recommend The Wave enough – it was everything we hoped for and more for an extended weekend getaway. We're already looking forward to coming back!

Very clean, beds are comfortable, great balconies(ocean and street side). Very good amenities. Easy access. The sunrise over the sparkling ocean each morning was spectacular! We appreciated the availability of an elevator. Would definitely consider another stay.

We just spent a wonderful week celebrating our 51st anniversary. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures with the best view of the beach and glorious sunrises. The host has provided everything needed for the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Ok not great

Overall the property is nice and clean and great location. Unsatisfied with the air conditioning setup and communication. I asked one question which was never responded to. The A/C vents into the porch which makes it too hot to enjoy. Turn the A/C off and it is incredibly hot inside being on the third floor. The elevator also didn’t work during my stay which was a minor inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location and views were spectacular. Short walk to the boardwalk and the Seashell Stage where there was free concerts every night. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with whatever you may need. Jeff was very communicative and access was super easy. We would definitely come back again.

Great location, clean, comfortable

We were lucky to find this as we planned a last minute weekend trip. We had two adults and three teens. We slept 2 to each room and one of the kids slept on the pull out. Beautiful view on the enclosed balcony. The walk to the beach is nice and short. The beach is less crowded on this end as well. Will book again in the future!

Beach Oasis

We had a marvelous stay at this Oceanside condo for the 4th of July weekend. The location is just steps away from the beach, prime parking and panoramic views from the condos porch. The condo space is modern, well-maintained and extremely clean. The neighborhood was welcoming and family friendly. John is a terrific host who communicated all the details for our stay clearly and answered any of our questions in a timely fashion. Highly recommend for your next beach escape!

Absolutely an amazing stay

Property was clean, check in and check out was very easy, plenty of space and a supply closet. For kids there were board games, cards and a few books. Well decorated. Balcony was my favorite place. It is right on the beach so you can see sunrise and sunset right from the property and go for walk at anytime.

Great way to start the summer!

Perfect getaway trip

We had a very nice stay here! It was the offseason so Hampton Beach was quiet and open. And it's a nice spot between a bigger city like Boston and a smaller one like Portland, ME. We only needed to contact our host once and he responded in under a minute. Incredibly helpful and professional! Highly recommended.
