Best of both worlds! Minutes from the beach on a huge 1/2 lot with a fenced yard, BBQ, and fire pit! This home is 3 bedroom and 2 bath in a quiet neighborhood- single level and just minutes from Surf City, Topsail Island! Make this your home base and visit all the area has to offer!

We offer flexible number of days and you can check in and out ANY day of the week to avoid the area's Saturday check in/out traffic.
We are in Hampstead and a short drive from Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, and so much more! (Please map out the distance to other areas) This area in Hampstead is 2.5 miles from an amazing beautiful beach in Surf City but also so much more! Beautiful golf courses, great restaurants, fishing, hiking, and so much more!
The home has 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 and 2 full bathrooms. We have a living room, kitchen and dining area. The primary bedroom and the twin bed room both have Roku smart tv's as well as the living room so you can stream your favorites easily! The backyard features a fire pit and Adirondack chairs, a gas BBQ grill, and plenty of room to play yard games galore or just sit out under the stars!

To get out of the neighborhood and onto the island, its 2 right turns and you are at the bridge!
The home was previously listed as a short term rental by a different property manager and had amazing reviews!

We provide towels, bed linens and bedding, shampoo, body wash and conditioner, etc. Some starter items we provide are dishwasher pods, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry tabs, dryer sheets, trash bags, some kitchen spices, coffee, coffee filters and some creamers and sweeteners. This is not unlimited quantity but we do provide enough for normal use during the duration of your stay. We do no re-stock during your stay.
We are not pet friendly and do not allow smoking. See the house rules for more information.

Felt like I was visiting a relatives house in the best way possible! I felt welcomed and right at home, the host set out a few things to make my life with an infant so much easier and that is greatly appreciated! The back yard is huge and we loved just eating our breakfast/dinner out there. As a host (on another site) myself, I felt like everything was cleaned properly and stocked well, thank you for a great stay!

Visit to daughter attending baby shower!!

I would definitely stay here again. We came to town for my daughter’s baby shower given by her local friends. This house was 1 mile from her house so we close and not in her hair, she came over multiple times a day. Her in-laws from Denver came over to eat and they said they would definitely stay here on future visits if it’s available. Home was spotless and we didn’t need anything as it all was provided.

Just about perfect!

The house was very spacious, clean, accommodating, and quiet. Between the air bnbs and vrbos we have stayed at this might be the best! And it was a very short drive to the beach even with traffic.

Very kid friendly. Well-stocked on necessities. Very much appreciated the extra snacks and coffee. Great location. Owners did a fantastic job of communicating codes and vital information. The house was in great condition, the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels stocked up! Great time overall!
