Excellent accommedation for Finger Lakes travel in a location near the Village of Hammondsport, Corning, wine country, Keuka Lake, etc. Property is in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained and provides several ammenties to include among others a quality breakfast. The staff members were pleasant and helpful.

I would recommend staying at the Hammondsport Best Western for many reasons. It is in a great location near the quaint Village of Hammondsport as well as wine country, Corning, etc. The facility is relatively new and is well-maintained and clean. There are multiple ammenties, to include wi-fi, exercise equipment, a pool, free on-site parking in addition to a full well-stocked breakfast service. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

The property was clean. The night clerk was very pleasant. We are both mildly handicapped. We asked for a stool for the tub/shower. We did not receive one and when my roommate asked about it he got a lecture about the disabilities act. The floor of the tub was so slick I could not use it and had to bathe in the sink. Your prices are expensive. We expected better service U

I am a Marriott customer through and through. Extensively travelled Marriott is usually there for me. They weren't this time though so I booked a Best Western Plus for the first time. What a great experience. The first thing you noticed was the cleanliness, so much so that I though the property was new, not 9 years old. The cleanliness was evident throughout the whole facility . Next the staff, all, without exception, were friendly and polite. This is all you look for in accomodation and i thoroughly recommend it. I will stay in a Best Western Plus again.

The hotel pool was cloudy and slimy , filter was not working, the $450 I paid to stay was way over priced , shower floor was stained and there was mold. I was cold overnight no blankets !

The Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel was a fantastic choice for our family of three adults and two kids. We were immediately impressed by how spacious and spotlessly clean our room was, easily accommodating all five of us. As a traveling family, we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived—a huge win! All the amenities provided were great and contributed to a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, offering plenty of variety for both the adults and the children. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, this was an excellent purchase and we highly recommend it, especially for families!

Fine, except I had to sleep on the floor. Have stayed in ten different hotels in last two weeks. The bed in this one was excruciatingly uncomfortable - felt like it was infested with bugs (but I could see nothing). Immediate relief when I got away from the bed.
