Nasty room!

Our room wasn’t clean! Crumbs in the drawers, ripped couch, someone’s dirty sock left behind. Crumbs on the pull out bed. Stains on the floor. I paid a lot to stay for my daughter’s tournament. You’d think with that price the room would have been decent. Never again.

Well kept newer hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good; I suggest adding hashbrowns. Housekeeping did well but missed a couple things like replacing facial tissue, coffee cups and some towels.

The ac unit was very loud. Qe had to turn it off to sleep. When i told the clerk on checkout they just looked it over. They did not offer anything to us for the poor night of sleep. Also, we had a very sad shower head as well.

The facility was nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay. The room was stayed in was noisy. Not other guests, not sure if it was an outside generator, if it was because we were at the end of a hall. That was the only negative.

We had no towels in room when we arrived, had to call front desk to have them brought up. Blinds were torn/broken and wouldn't open, so we couldn't get any natural light in the room. Some of the USB charge ports didnt work. Bathroom floor was sticky like a movie theater and it took literally 10 minutes of running straight hot water in the tub until it finally got warm. Mattress was stained when we pulled the sheets back to check for bedbugs (none were found so that's a plus). Several stains on walls and cracks in drywall. A large piece of tile base was missing along the floor in one spot. The carpet felt/looked like it needed a good cleaning. Overall room was pretty shabby and in need of some maintenance and TLC.

I’ve stayed here many times, about once per month and been very happy. This trip the heat wouldn’t shut off and was very noisy. It was 85 degrees, rom had vey low water pressure, small old towels. No hair dryer, went down to desk for one and it took them a half hour to bring one up. Maybe it was just a bad day.

The young lady at check in was very friendly and helpful. The first room we were assigned to had no linen on the bed and someone's boots and toiletries were still in the room. The second (and final) room didn't have a tv remote control or face cloths. The young lady at the front desk quickly resolved the issues.
