Check-in manager had such an accent that we could not understand her. Truck noise all night because building backs up to Pilot truck stop where the trucks park. Bed was so hard my hips hurt.

The front desk denied my booking solely because our tour guide was mistakenly identified as a third person on a two-person (one queen bed) booking. Consequently, we were compelled to leave the premises and returned to the front desk for my check-in process. Despite my repeated requests, the front desk denied me access to my room, citing the inability to accommodate three individuals in a single bed. It is unclear where this authority originated, as the assumption of three people sleeping in one bed is unfounded. Furthermore, the front desk demanded that I book an additional room with two queen beds for an additional $30. This request is unacceptable, as I am only checking in with myself. Now, what? Hey, wake me up at 10:59 AM and provide the WiFi password. Chop chop!

I just needed to get to sleep. Didn't expect much. It was a quaint room. Nothing lavish. Even had a refrigerator that worked well. I was worried ac would suck. It wasn't on when I got in. After turning on not long after it was cool. Really cold thankfully in the middle of the night. It's quiet but unfortunately right next to the truck stop. Got woken up from a dead sleep by a trucker horn lol. It wasn't a biggie. Got chased into the room by a lot lizard. Like girl I'm trying to get some sleep not diseases and my CDL taken.
