very old hotel with very old equipment or broken or absent - no TV in the room - very old tv in the second room water tape broke two days without water in the shower and after was badly repaired - pillow are very used and dirty - Bed head part is broken some bulbs are burnt very dirty and old escalator self service is absent or paid illegally ......

Worst hotel ever.

Not sure how they made it to 3 star. It s more like half star. Dirty and the receptionist don't have any experience on how to deal with customers. This guy at the reception disrespect me before I even say why I m there for. The room was too old and the carpet smell real bad. Definitely don't recommend it.

Vriendelijk personeel en ze proberen de problemen op te lossen. Zeer pover ontijt, vuil dochegordijn en er worden nog sprijen gebruikt op de bedden dit is zeer vervelend als je astma hebt en donsdekens zijn er niet te verkrijgen en de verwarming kon ook niet op

Soggiorno a Yasemine Hammamet

Albergo in posizione centrale a Yasemine e tranquilla. Ottima pulizia nella camera, la piscina coperta è molto invitante: ambiente pulito e caldo. Le due piscine esterne non le ho provate: chissà abbia occasione di farlo in estate. Gentilezza e professionalità caratterizzano tutto lo staff dell'hotel: dalla portineria, alla reception, agli addetti cucina, al bar e personale delle pulizie. La cucina è buona ma suggerisco di aumentare i piatti vegetariani.

À éviter vraiment même si prix bas. Sincèrement

Les services annoncés de l'hôtel sur le site sont faux et ne mérite aucune étoile. À éviter vraiment lisez pourquoi au moins le début : _ Eaux de la salle de bain jaunes, troubles, avec des particules (Rendu compte en voulant prendre un bain en laissant couler l'eau) hallucinant faire des examens en rentrant" _ Ascenseur en panne _ Salle de jeux en panne _ Pas de terrain de tennis "Petit terrain fermé on dirait une cour de prison" faux service. _ Piscine intérieur non chauffée en hiver abusé (payer et ne pas pouvoir profiter pleinement) _ Buffet pas top, désagréable, froid, non varié _ Restaurant minuscule difficile à circuler _ Chambre sans wifi pourtant dans l'annonce. _ Pas de chaînes satellites, vieille télé grisé pourtant également dans l'annonce. _ WIFI juste dans le hall, limité avec des bugs _ Hall rempli de fumer, difficile pour les non fumeurs _ Hall non chauffée en hiver être en manteau _ Pas d'animation, vide, triste... nulle _ L'entrée de l'hôtel est caché on doit faire un détour pour s'y rendre _ Eaux, boissons, nourriture interdite. Interdit c'est interdit attention aux menottes. Hôtel tellement horrible que l'ont a oublié, même pas pensée à faire des photos, tellement ont étaient choquée. Tellement de défauts, tellement de faux services annoncés, tellement déçue dégoûté même niveau santé par rapport à l'eau de la salle de bain. Si vous pouvez éviter l'hôtel, sincèrement même si le prix est bas.

Hotel typický pro Tunisko , snídaně i večeře rozmanité , personál vstřícný a ochotný , pokoje byly uklízeny denně. Byli jsme spokojeni až na menší nedorozumění při příjezdu kdy nemohli na recepci dohledat naši rezervaci. Vše se brzy vyřešilo a již žádné komplikace nebyly.

Nettes Hotel mit vielen blau und türkis Tönen

Das Hotel ist okay, haben für den Preis nicht mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gewöhnungsbedürftig eingerichtet aber sauber. Am Frühstücksbuffet findet trotz kleiner Auswahl auch jeder etwas. Abgesehen von einem Receptionisten, der einem bei jeder Frage das Gefühl gegeben hat man stört ihn an seinem Handy waren alle freundlich
