Excellent value near to supermarkets. Excllent cleanliness in a newly refurbished room. They require a refundable deposit of $200 at checking that might speak to some guests but no complaints from me.

We came to watch the ABs vs France and booking with Grosvenor (early) was not only affordable but within walking distance to the stadium and conveniently located to the supermarket and gym. Grosvenor was the perfect place for our weekend getaway!

The room stunk of cigarettes. As you pay a $200 bond I immediately told the staff about it. The staff were very nice but the owner's need to spend some money on the fridge. It froze most of my stuff lucky it didn't freeze my son's insulin. Had sign saying turn off if noisy! Looking at the water damage under it obviously alot of people did turn it off.
