➡POOL HEATER activation will be a $40 per day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM UPON REQUEST .It will be an additional fee NOT included on the rate.Please let us know ahead time if you would like to activate pool heater as the heater does take a couple of hours to reach its set point.

★PET FEE :$40 per pet /per stay (To clarify, the $40 fee is an extra cleaning fee for the pet not for the service animal. As per the ADA, we do not charge any fees for a service animal.)

★For guests with INFANTS additional accommodation high chair , Stroller and crib is available.

★We provide FREE PROPANE for the grill. We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is NO FEE for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

★The property is located in a residential gated area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed

Clean and convenient stay for work!

Clean and comfortable place for a few nights of rest while on a work trip. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the entrance. Thank you for making the check in and check out process extremely easy!
