It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. Our experience at this hotel was utterly disappointing and frustrating. We arrived at 8:15 PM and were forced to wait for our rooms, which lacked basic amenities like towels and shower gels that had to be repeatedly requested. To make matters worse, the noise from a wedding procession at 4 AM was deafening and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast service was equally unimpressive, with used cutlery carelessly placed in the utensil stand and coffee served in chipped, broken cups. The lack of attention to detail and basic hospitality was staggering. Needless to say, I would strongly advise against staying here.
