There are hidden fees at check in that was not on the original listing. I was asked to use a card for incidentals. The man who checked us in acted as if it was a bother to explain what it was for. Put a credit card on file and was immediately charged. At check out I asked again about the incidentals. The way I understood it was for things in their shopping corner. I asked if I would be refunded and she told me yes but she sees I had purchases from the night before. I know for a fact we did not. So that means you don’t have to run your room card in order to make purchases and you can tell them any room number or maybe the staff wanted a midnight snack and charged it to any room. Yes it was very convenient to attend a concert but I think next time I’ll take my chances in traffic to make it to a different hotel.
