Good stay

The condo unit itself was very clean for being dog friendly. The actual Caribbean tower grounds, elevator, parking lot, floor lobbies, could be cleaned up a bit. The unit was exactly what we needed, clean and perfect for our stay!

Fantastic location!

We wanted a quick getaway for Mothers Day weekend and everything was perfect! The condo was clean and the views were exceptional. The property management were a delight to work with and always answered immediately with questions or concerns I had. Will definitely be back!

Great Condo and Location!

While the entire property could use some updating and could benefit from some cleaning, the condo itself was sooo nice! Very updated and clean with a great 2nd floor balcony view. One thing we hoped was better was the gym/workout area but it probably seldomly gets used by the majority of guests so it’s understandable. Great quick communications with the owner. Highly recommend!

Great place

I absolutely loved the place. It was exactly what the pictures show. I got aggravated at keypad/lock knob because it took me several tries to get in but eventually figured it out. It comes with your own parking spot. We came during our spring break which was chilly. The outside/inside pool was heated. The beds were a little hard for my family members. If you need anything the host responds quickly. It was definitely clean and had all the amenities I needed. I really honestly loved this place and will stay again. Also it condo itself is Very Pet friendly

Nice updated unit- beach view and access

Our stay was very pleasant. Everything was clean, neat on arrival. The reservation, check-in and check-out process was very easy and intuitive. Great location for a wedding we were attending. The only tiny advise I have is to update the sofa. It sinks in the middle (maybe due to it being a sleeper sofa). Everything else was lovely!

very nice condo/caution to pet owners

The place was clean and beds comfortable.The patio furniture was great being bar height so the railing does not block the ocean view. TVs in every room with many apps loaded.Kitchen well stocked. It states leave all towels in the tub when you leave but there must have been bath oil or something pink that transferred to the towels which we were charged for. Leave them on the floor or in the shower. PETS: Very good walking area at the front. Almost everyone at the Caribbean has a dog. I would advise at check in to document any pet damage ,photograph back of any rugs, furniture etc. and send it to them so that it is not attributed to you. We have always rolled up any rug even bath mats and stored them . If there is any urine stains it is charged to you. Document On Arrival.

Relaxing Retreat

The condo was well kept and had everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The location is beautiful with a nice size balcony and sturdy, comfortable furniture. Management is easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions. Definitely hope to visit again!

great condo but overall bldg issues

the condo unit itself was very nice, clean and modern. terry very good at giving updates during the year as vacation time came closer and quick to respond to a couple of questions i had. the bldg elevator was out first 3 days we were there. the assigned covered parking was tight. our spot was next to pool entry area and not much room for people to walk/carry items when multiple cars parked at same time, our car was scratched on side while parked. pool was not cleaned everyday.

Easy beach access/ lovely remodel!

We had a great time in Gulf Shores at this lovely, newly remodeled condo. Access to the beach was super easy. My in-laws also rented a condo at this complex and they could easily walk down to the beach and enjoy the day with us. The owner was super attentive and even came out to hang door curtains to block the morning sunlight for our daughter that slept on the pull out sofa. The beds were comfortable and we loved being able to bring our dog with us. We didn't have any issues and I definitely recommend!

Nice pet friendly gulf front condo

Nice updates. Condo is very clean and has all the kitchen cookware and utensils you will need. Terry is very quick to respond to all issues. Internet was fast to stream. Smart TVs in every room. We brought our firestick with us for convenience. Our Senior dog loved walks in the camper area of Gulf State Park. Oh the smells you can smell !

Nice Fall Visit to the Beach

Relaxing and enjoyable stay. On the upside, the furnishings were nice and beach friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the whirlpool tub was a plus: the kitchen was well equipped, and the dining area was suitable; living area was a great place to unwind; access to the beach was exceptional; the outdoor pool and sunning area were perfect; and of special note- the view of the Gulf was beautiful. On the downside, the bedroom TVs did not function properly (could not obtain signal-even when using troubleshooting instructions)) and the bathroom toilets could use some updating. All in all, a nice place and a great, too brief, getaway.
