Renovated and Ready for Your Stay!

This property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The condo appears to have been recently renovated and offers spacious living quarters. From outside, you walk upstairs and enter the kitchen with a bedroom and full bath to the right and a nice sized living room on the left. Stairs are located around the corner which carries you to two large bedrooms upstairs that share a Jack and Jill styled bathroom. Beach access is right access the street. Very nice property and host. Will do business with again!

Gulf Shores Softball/Vacation Trip

Blake's condo at the Sands was perfect for our trip to Gulf Shores. Condo was as advertised, clean, and in a great location within walking distance to beach and the Hang Out. Entry was easy and never had a problem communicating with owners. Will definitely try to use again when in Gulf Shores.

Great visit!

My family spent a week at the property and was very happy with the cleanliness, safety and location of the property. The property (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) were clean upon arrival. The area (beach, streets, etc.) seemed very safe. My family felt safe walking the streets at night. The location was awesome - super close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Blake was a great host and would recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful property! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this comfy condo was nothing less wonderful! The property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the beach access was almost directly across the road. We will definitely stay here again!

Spring break

We drove from Kentucky for spring break with the kids. The condo was wonderful, upstairs and downstairs private patio area lots of beach toys. Very close to the beach. Large pool and deck. We will definitely stay here again. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Two balconies overlooking the pool and a sand volleyball area close by. I’m rambling but I can’t say enough good things. It was more like home than a condo.

Great location!!

I would like to thank Blake and his family for allowing us to stay here! Even tho the stomach bug got most of us during the week, we were able to enjoy most of the vacation! Condo was amazing, beds were comfy and very well equipped with everything we needed!

This was perfect for our stay

The location was right across the street from the beach. From a 2 minute walk to the beach,to a 3 minute drive to the Hangout. I was highly impressed with our stay. I highly recommended this location and it will be my first choice to stay the next time that I go to Gulf Shores. The host were there for me with any questions that I had. They made our stay much easier.

The calm after the storm

We arrived just after a major storm had blown through. Luckily we arrived after the lightening had struck the building. Unfortunately the lightening strike took out the router and the HDMI ports on a couple of the tvs. We messaged Blake when we arrived and noticed we were unable to watch tv or connect to wifi. He was amazing with trying to trouble shoot over the phone and had someone there the next day to replace the router and try to get the tvs up and working. Unfortunately the lightening took some things out and they weren't fixable. But what was fixable was fixed lightening fast. The location is AMAZING! With having kids with us it was great to have an intersection right there with a crosswalk over to the beach access. The pool was nice and our condo neighbors even played football with the kids from their balcony. They actually aren't far from us and we have a playdate set up. Down the street was an awesome little store called Pier 33. We walked down just about every night for candy or ice cream cause that is essential when on vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to make food to help our vacation budget out and we were impressed there were kitchen hand towels there. (Every vacation rental we've had previously we've had to go buy some lol) As a "big girl" the bathroom was a bit small for me but hey if that's the biggest complaint I can find I'll take that as a win. Unfortunately my husband now wants a new mattress though. Those mattresses were amazing.

Close Proximity to Beach and Dining

Beach access right across the street. Walking distance to a few restaurants and groceries. Only 20 mins from the famous Flora-Bama. Comfortable beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen, clean and perfect for our family of 5.

Fun Vacation

Pros of this property: -Pool was great. Kids loved having it right there. I could watch them from the balcony. -Easy access to beach and owners give you access to their beach toys. -Very convenient location. -Place is pretty spacious and we had what we needed. -Nice master bedroom. -Owner very responsive. Cons of this property: -Faint smell of cigarettes every time you re-enter until you get used to it. -Kitchen is extremely disorganized. -Master is upstairs sharing bathroom with bunk room. So my husband and I opted for the downstairs bedroom with our own bathroom. That room is pretty small, and we couldn’t get the TV to work.

Great location!

This location serves as a prime spot for beach access and the strip! The property certainly could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. The laundry door was broken, no smoke alarm upstairs, and the fridge light was hanging down. There was a spilled drink behind the couch that appears to have been there a long time. I as a nurse, did not feel this place not deep cleaned/disinfected for covid precautions as it was promised. While looking past the cleanliness issue we did have a great time and enjoyed our stay. I would even consider this spot again, if it was deep cleaned.
